Reporting the stand of the water meter

You could manage every issue easily by downloading the correct forms from our web site. Information regarding your consumption area could be found by the settlement search field.

Form for reporting the stand of the water meter could be used when:

  1. Our representative was not able to enter the property for reading. Please submit the reading till the given date indicated on the advice note.
  2. Seasonal users can submit their reading of water consumption at the end of the season - after DRV's reading in July/August - every year till 15th October.
  3. Seasonal users can submit their final reading every year till 15th December.
  4. For calculation of the allowance for dousing, readings have to be submitted every year between 20-30 April or between 1-10 October.

Request of cheque replacement

This form could only be used instead of the cheque which is connected to the water and drainage charge invoice sent earlier. In case your invoice connected to the cheque is not available, or your request concerning a cheque replacement may vary for example in installation costs, contribution in public utility, development, spaces payment etc. please contact our customer service: ugyfelszolgalat@drv.hu.

Balance inquiry

By filling out and sending the form you could inquire your balance.

Modification of the partial invoice data

By filling out and sending the form you could modify your consumption data (m3) in the partial invoice. F.e.: in case of a constant increase of the consumption.

Data change request

Data change could be reported, like change of the postal address, the new receiver of the invoice, new payment method, new bank account number etc. could be reported as well.
