Quality policy

Please find below our Quality Policy whose implementation is supported by our ISO 9001:2000 certified quality management system.


Within its supply area, Transdanubian Regional Waterworks Company Ltd. considers that quality and service continuity are two fundamental elements of water and drainage supply. All our employees are committed to the continuous quality improvement of all operating processes related to water and drainage supply. Apart from our core activities we are continually expanding the scope of our services to meet the ever changing customer and market expectations.

Our goal is to ensure a reliably high level of services and to satisfy the requirements of our customers. In order to achieve the above all our employees are committed to the following:

Quality management shall be the key task and responsibility of the management and all employees of our company. Therefore, all our employees shall be responsible for the quality and the continuous improvement of their work and shall strive for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, partners and owners.

Our customers are in the focus of all our activities. We attempt to fulfil their requirements in all aspects. We develop our services, technologies, and the entire system of our operations in line with their expectations.

We place high emphasis on creating a mutually good relationship with our suppliers and do our best to achieve a long term cooperation that holds mutual benefits for all stakeholders.

We support and demand the acquisition and application of up-to-date professional skills. By organising regular professional and quality-management trainings, education courses, and a continuous flow of information we ensure that our employees are all well trained.

We attach special importance to the protection of the environment, to the protection of our employees’ health and safety and to the continuity of public water supply. To achieve these goals we continually expand and develop our quality control systems.

In order to attain the above we implement, operate, and develop the personal, material, communication, and methodological conditions of an integrated quality management system. To ensure the achievement of our objectives we shall implement a quality management system in line with the ISO 9001 standard and with the related ISO 14001 Environment Management System, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 17025 Laboratory Quality Management System.

By employing modern quality management tools we attempt to achieve with our services organisational excellence and a good reputation, the respect of our stakeholders and well-deserved revenues. By performing our duties with commitment we wish to contribute to the achievement of the fundamental objective of Transdanubian Regional Waterworks Company Ltd.:
